Transfers between branches. Send stock to another branch. It counts there once they receive it, and anything missing is recorded with its value.
Low-stock alerts. Set a level per item and branch. You get an email within minutes of it dropping below, once, until it’s restocked.
Stock counts. Count everything, or just the fridge. See what was expected, what you counted and the difference.
Purchase orders. Order from suppliers, receive in parts, and the goods go straight into stock at what you paid.
Security is built into every layer, from signing in to the database itself.
Each company’s data is kept apart inside the database itself, so one restaurant can never see another’s.
Two-step sign-in, passkeys and Sign in with Google. Passwords are never stored, only a strong one-way hash (argon2id).
The database itself writes the activity log: who, on which till and branch, and what changed from what to what. Nothing can skip it.
Our team sees your business data only if you let us in, for 1 to 168 hours, read-only unless you allow changes. Every action carries their name, and you can end it any time.
Roles, a 6-digit till code for each person, and every till action a permission. Pair new tills with a code, and switch off a lost one.
Download all of it as spreadsheets (CSV files in a ZIP) any time, even after you cancel.

Muznly is a point-of-sale (POS) system for cafés and restaurants in the UAE. It has a till app for tablets, a web back office and a driver app, all in Arabic and English, with VAT tax invoices, inventory with recipes and food cost, staff permissions and reports for every branch.
